Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

Create Products is a subscription-based platform that connects product creators with suppliers, manufacturers, formulators, packaging companies, consultants, and service providers.

By purchasing a membership, subscription, or using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Returns & Refunds Policy.

Membership Fees

All membership fees, subscription fees, joining fees, and other payments made to Create Products are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creator Memberships

  • Supplier Memberships

  • VIP Supplier Memberships

  • Promotional memberships

  • Discounted memberships

  • Annual subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions

Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refunds, credits, partial refunds, or pro-rata refunds will be provided for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Business circumstances changing

  • Lack of platform usage

  • Failure to secure supplier matches

  • Failure to secure creator matches

  • Failure to receive quotes

  • Failure to win work or projects

  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes

  • Technical issues outside our reasonable control

  • Account suspension resulting from a breach of our Terms of Service

Subscription Cancellations

Members may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund for any current or previous billing period.

Membership access will continue until the end of the paid subscription period unless otherwise stated.

Marketplace Services

Create Products acts solely as a platform that facilitates introductions and connections between creators and suppliers.

We do not:

  • Guarantee matches

  • Guarantee quote requests

  • Guarantee responses from suppliers

  • Guarantee responses from creators

  • Guarantee project outcomes

  • Guarantee work opportunities

  • Guarantee sales outcomes

  • Guarantee product quality

  • Guarantee manufacturing capacity

  • Guarantee supplier performance

  • Guarantee commercial success

No refunds will be issued based on the quality, quantity, suitability, responsiveness, performance, pricing, or outcomes of any supplier, creator, consultant, or third party introduced through the platform.

Transactions Between Users

Any agreements, purchases, projects, services, manufacturing arrangements, consulting engagements, or commercial transactions entered into between users are solely between those parties.

Create Products is not a party to those agreements and accepts no responsibility for:

  • Product quality

  • Manufacturing quality

  • Delivery timelines

  • Regulatory compliance

  • Intellectual property disputes

  • Payment disputes

  • Commercial disputes

  • Warranty claims

  • Product recalls

  • Product performance

Any disputes must be resolved directly between the relevant parties.

Exceptional Circumstances

Create Products may, at its sole discretion, choose to provide a refund, credit, or account adjustment in exceptional circumstances.

Any such action is entirely discretionary and does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future situations.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, where such rights cannot legally be excluded.

Where permitted by law, all other refunds, exchanges, credits, and returns are expressly excluded.
