Create Products is an online platform that connects creators, brands, entrepreneurs, manufacturers, formulators, packaging suppliers, testing providers, consultants and other industry service providers.

By accessing or using Create Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Platform Purpose

Create Products facilitates introductions and communication between users.

Create Products is not a manufacturer, formulator, supplier, testing laboratory, regulatory consultant, logistics provider or project manager.

Create Products does not participate in, manage, supervise or control any transactions, agreements, projects or commercial relationships between users.

Any agreement entered into between users is solely between those parties.

3. Memberships and Subscription Fees

Certain features of the platform require a paid subscription.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.

By subscribing, you authorise Create Products to charge your nominated payment method for recurring subscription fees.

All pricing is displayed on the platform and may be updated from time to time.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be provided for change of mind.

  • No refunds will be provided if you do not use the platform.

  • No refunds will be provided if you receive fewer opportunities than expected.

  • No refunds will be provided if you do not receive any introductions, matches, enquiries, projects or work.

  • No refunds will be provided if introductions do not result in commercial outcomes.

  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer laws.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future subscription charges.

Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

6. No Guarantee of Matches or Opportunities

Create Products does not guarantee:

  • Any number of matches

  • Any number of introductions

  • Any number of supplier connections

  • Any number of creator connections

  • Any project opportunities

  • Any sales, revenue or business outcomes

  • Any return on investment

The availability of opportunities depends on factors including market demand, user requirements, profile completeness, supplier capabilities and geographic location.

7. Supplier Disclaimer

Create Products does not endorse, verify, certify, audit or guarantee any supplier on the platform.

Create Products makes no representation regarding:

  • Product quality

  • Manufacturing capability

  • Certifications

  • GMP compliance

  • Regulatory compliance

  • Delivery performance

  • Product safety

  • Intellectual property protection

  • Business practices

  • Financial stability

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any supplier.

8. Creator Disclaimer

Create Products does not endorse, verify or guarantee any creator, entrepreneur, brand owner or project listed on the platform.

Suppliers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before accepting projects or entering into agreements.

9. Independent Relationships

All commercial relationships formed through Create Products are independent relationships between users.

Create Products is not responsible for:

  • Negotiations

  • Contracts

  • Pricing

  • Payments

  • Manufacturing outcomes

  • Product development outcomes

  • Intellectual property disputes

  • Product quality issues

  • Product recalls

  • Regulatory matters

  • Delivery delays

  • Project disputes

Any disputes arising between users must be resolved directly between those parties.

10. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying the identity of other users

  • Reviewing contracts

  • Protecting intellectual property

  • Conducting regulatory due diligence

  • Obtaining legal advice

  • Obtaining financial advice

  • Assessing supplier suitability

  • Assessing creator suitability

Users use the platform entirely at their own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create Products shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the platform.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of revenue

  • Loss of business opportunities

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Product recalls

  • Regulatory breaches

  • Project delays

  • Intellectual property disputes

  • Supplier performance issues

  • Creator performance issues

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the maximum liability of Create Products shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the user during the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Create Products, its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform

  • Your dealings with other users

  • Any agreement entered into with another user

  • Any breach of these Terms of Service

13. Changes to These Terms

Create Products may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
